We really want to make sure that you as a borrower have all the information you need to make an informed decision, and that we as a company are being transparent with you and complying with the law and regulations that guide our communications with you. Rates and Fees: 

Rates and Fees for loans can vary by loan type. Rest assured that we will fully disclose all rates and fees before you take out a loan. In the meantime, here is a guide so you know what to expect.

Terms and Conditions:

There are two main sets of terms and conditions you need to be aware of when dealing with BIZI Finance: 1. The first is the the Terms and Conditions of your loan which are specific to your loan agreement and are set by each Lender on the loan you are taking out with that lender, and the best place to have a look at them is to review examples of each individual Lenders Charges, Fees, and Standard Terms pages HERE,  and 2. The second set of Terms and Conditions are those that apply between you and BIZI Finance and apply to the service that BIZI Finance provides to you in its capacity as a Finance Broker or Adviser arranging a loan for you with a third party lender. We’d like to hear about it if you have any testimonials you would be willing to share with others about your experience with us, or if you have any suggestions on how we can improve our service. For any serious complaints we have a specific process to follow as described in our standard terms and conditions, but please initially make any such complaint in writing via our contact page – we will either attempt to resolve it, or will provide you with a response in writing detailing the complaints process with guidance on the the actions you need take, including how to officially make your complaint, and the process that will be followed.
